Shipping policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are dispatched within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/postal norms.

Vivid Bakkes is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the delivery service within 0–7 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Delivery confirmation and tracking details (if available) will be shared via the registered email ID used during the order process.
